Why Sponsor
VASCAN is the only security conference in Virginia specifically geared towards Higher Education security professionals. VASCAN’s membership, and conference attendees, include representatives from most public and private higher ed institutions and the community college system in Virginia. At the VASCAN conference public sector employees are often in attendance, along with our higher ed members. VASCAN will include a mix of technical staff, managers CIOs, ISOs and CISOs.

- Company name – as it should appear on our website, invoices, etc.
- Company contact info (name, email, phone) – this is the person who handles the logistics
- Best number, date and time for us to call for secure payment processing (all credit cards accepted) OR call Hope at 804-248-8591 to make payment by credit card – payment may also be made by check or ACH,
- Interested sponsorship level
- PNG or pdf of your logo
Payment must be received by Friday, September 20 for placement on the website, and for applicable, printed material
