Meetings and communication:

• VASCAN Discussion List – open to any Commonwealth of Virginia organization that is interested in a collaborative discussion list.
• VASCAN Participant List – open to active participating schools by invitation
• VASCAN Steering Committee List – open to the Steering Committee for committee communication
• Regular Participant Meetings – alternating between in-person and video conference or tele-conference meetings of participating schools
• VASCAN Website – to fill gaps in other higher education information sharing sites, such as EDUCAUSE, Internet2, or REN-ISAC.
• Annual VASCAN Conference – open to all Commonwealth of Virginia organizations and organizations from surrounding states.
• Workshops, shared services, or other opportunities as they are developed by the VASCAN Steering Committee and Participating schools.
