Hotel Block Information 

Courtesy blocks of rooms have been secured at the following hotels: The Lodge, Griffin Hotel and Woodlands. The below link is applicable for all three hotels, and you can choose the one that best suits your needs. If you have any questions, or have any issues, please contact Hope Adams, VASCAN Conference Coordinator, adamsh@vcu.edu

Instructions for booking your room:

• Complete the Requested Info & Click on “Find a Room”
• At this point this box will appear – select the hotel you would like to make your reservation at and follow through the steps…

Parking Information

All attendees, presenters and sponsor reps were emailed logistical details, including parking instructions. Please follow the instructions you were given as there are different parkinglocations for different roles. 

Those parking in Kaplan Arena Parking Lot:  do NOT forget to print the parking pass that was emailed to you -this MUST be placed in your dashboard each day or YOU WILL GET A TICKET!
